What is the ruling on praying with a short sleeves such as a t shirt

Answer.  Praying in short sleeves if done out of necessity is perfectly fine. For example a person only has access to one shirt and that has half sleeves, then praying in such a shirt is not disliked at all. However, if it’s done without a real need, then it will be makrooh e tanzihi, or minor dislike. So the namaz in any case will not be affected.
